On August 21, 2019, Mabwell Biological Lecture which is the first phase of professional and scientific internal training sponsored by HR Dept.. It officially opened a new chapter of Mabwell biological training. The management of the company has been paying attention to the growth of employees and looking forward to building a sustainable learning organization.

Through the platform, company helps employees to improve their comprehensive ability, enhance their working ability and understand the work of other departments. So we can train more comprehensive project management talents who have capable of controlling the whole R&D comprehensive system. More than 80 employees, including colleagues in Shanghai, Beijing and Nanjing, signed up to participate in the training.

The speaker of first lecturer was Dr. Zhang Jinchao, vice President, who shared with us the topic of "Upstream Knowledge Introduction of Therapeutic Antibody Development". He introduced the background knowledge of therapeutic antibodies and the evaluation of drug potency in the development of antibodies, including the acquisition of antibody molecules, the biological function analysis of antibodies, and the sequence to cell lines.

In the future, Mabwell Biological Lecture will invite a series of experts to bring wonderful training to employees. Besides the training on R&D technology, it will also include related training such as registration training and legal training. And it's not just about biologic drugs, it's also about how other kinds of drugs can be developed. We believe that after such a systematic training, the technical ability of Mabwell staff will surely make great progress.
