On May 27-28, 2019, Mabwell (Shanghai) Bioscience Co., Ltd. held the first project management training of this year in Shanghai. The theme of the project management training is “Greatness in Simplicity ". This training is mainly aimed at the management and project management team of Mabwell. Mabwell is a not only technology-driven, but also learning-based enterprise, thus keen to provide a great learning platform as well as atmosphere for employees. We would like to help employees improve their business and management ability, meanwhile we encourage them to practice the process of career planning to achieve self-development.

Prior to commencement of training, President Dr. Liu Datao delivered a short speech, "In consideration of current fierce industrial competition, a two-year old company like us need a well-trained and progressive team. Our team members came from various enterprises, with different educational background, thinking patterns and working habits. The purpose of this training is to give everyone an opportunity to further strengthen the capability of the team and individuals. In the future, the company will continue to provide employees with a progressive and innovative atmosphere for learning." In addition, Executive Vice President Dr. Guo Yinhan expressed their expectations for this training and actively interacted with employees.

This PM training mainly covers: task outline design, task detailed design, task development sequencing and monitoring. All the trainees have positive feedback on the training content, mainly focusing on the following aspects: control of the schedule, reasonable arrangement of plans, rational utilization and allocation of resources, designing network diagrams and working scope definitions. Eight employees in this activity won excellent honorary award.

"Greatness in Simplicity" and "Learning by Doing" is a simple truth. We all know this truth, but truth needs to be practiced.
